Bronze Tracker

The verification system that lives in your kitchen

A tablet on the pass, one photo per order, and a computer vision model that checks what was prepared against what was ordered. If something is missing, your team knows before the order goes out the door.

Bronze Tracker is a web app for photo verification of orders, built for delivery restaurants and restaurant groups. It receives the order from your POS or from the aggregator, your team shows the packed bag to a tablet or a phone, and a computer vision model compares item by item what was prepared against what was ordered. Mistakes are fixed before the order leaves, and the photo stays as evidence to dispute unfair refunds from Deliveroo, Uber Eats or Just Eat.

What it does for you

What happens after the photo

Real-time verification

The model detects every item in the photo and checks it against the order coming in from your POS or delivery platform. Missing or wrong items are flagged on screen straight away.

Automatic disputes

When a platform deducts an unfair refund, Bronze files the dispute with the photo as proof. More than half are handled without your team lifting a finger.

Any order, in seconds

Customer complaint? Find the order by number, photo or status in the Hub and reply with the photo in front of you.

It works even when the network fails

Tracker keeps working offline: photos are stored on the device and upload when the wifi is back. Your service never stops.

Integrated with what you already use

Orders arrive on their own from your POS (NCR Aloha, Square, Revo, Ágora…) and your delivery platforms (Deliveroo, Uber Eats, Just Eat). No re-keying, no process changes.

Reports the operation actually understands

Photo coverage by shift, mistakes caught, refunds and disputes by site, all comparable across restaurants.

Built for real kitchens

As simple as showing the order

No weird scanners, no complicated screens: the only move is showing the order to Bronze. We designed everything else around the rush.

  • Tablet or phone, whichever you already have: you choose the device
  • Periscope Mode™: a mirror we give you, fitted over the camera so you can see what sits below the tablet
  • Several orders in parallel during the rush, with no hold-ups
  • The team learns to use it in one short session

We adapt to your kitchen

Fixed station, phone in hand, or both

Every kitchen works differently. Tracker is set up however your operation needs, and you can mix modes across sites or across shifts.

Fixed station

A tablet on a stand at the pass. Every order is shown to Bronze before the bag is sealed: the usual setup in sites with a clear dispatch line.

On the move

A phone in hand to verify orders wherever they are assembled. It is how the highest-volume kitchens on Bronze work: several lines at once, with no bottleneck in the rush.

Beyond mistakes

Recover the money that is already yours

Fraudulent claims and wrongly applied refunds eat into your margin unnoticed. With photo evidence for every order, the conversation with the platforms changes.

Spot the pattern

Bronze identifies orders with negative reviews or potentially fraudulent refunds by cross-referencing the photo with the claim.

Submit the evidence

The dispute goes to the platform with the photo of the complete order, watermarked and time-stamped.

Get the money back

We have recovered more than £1.89M for our customers. You see every dispute and every pound recovered in the Hub.

Tracker is the foundation of the Bronze ecosystem. Using the same tablet and the same data, Bronze Riders coordinates pickups with couriers and Bronze Feedback closes the loop with the customer's verdict.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask us about Bronze Tracker

What is Bronze Tracker and what does it detect in an order?
It is a photo verification system for delivery orders. The computer vision model detects every item in the photo and checks it against the order lines arriving from the POS or the aggregator: it marks on screen what is missing, what is extra and what has been swapped, and also whether the container is not the right one for that item. The team fixes it before sealing the bag.
Which POS, aggregators and management systems does it integrate with?
With the order channels: Deliveroo, Uber Eats, Just Eat, PedidosYa and DoorDash. With the POS: Square, Revo, Ágora, Lightspeed, Toast and NCR Aloha. And with the integrators and management systems: Deliverect, Last.app, Grubtech, Nextt, Sinqro and CityXerpa. Orders arrive in Tracker on their own, with nobody typing anything and no stray tablets on the pass.
How is the photo of each order captured?
With the camera of a tablet or an Android phone you already have: the gesture is showing the packed order to Bronze before sealing the bag. In a fixed position, the tablet sits on a stand on the pass and Modo Periscopio™, a mirror placed over the camera, photographs what is underneath. On the move, orders are verified with the phone in hand.
How long does it take to verify an order?
The median verification time for each photo is under one second. The only new gesture for the kitchen is showing the order, and the analysis happens in parallel while the team carries on working, so at peak you can verify several orders at once without blocking the screen.
How is the order photo used in a dispute?
When a platform applies a refund, Bronze checks the claim against the photo of that order and, if they do not match, files the dispute with the image as proof, watermarked and time-stamped. More than half are handled without your team touching anything. With photo evidence, 83% of the disputes filed are won: we have recovered more than €2.2M for our customers.
What happens to the photos, and what about data protection?
We photograph orders, not people: the photo is taken on the pass at the moment of the check and it is not continuous video surveillance. Access to the images is restricted by site and we sign the data processing agreement the GDPR requires. The evidence from your orders is yours.
