Cookie policy
This Cookie Policy describes which cookies and similar technologies are used by the website of Bronze Technologies, S.L. (Spanish tax ID B-01888072, Calle Valencia 88, 4º-1ª, 08015 Barcelona, Spain).
What cookies are
Small files stored on your device as you browse a website. Depending on who manages them they may be first-party or third-party; depending on how long they last, session or persistent; and depending on their purpose, strictly necessary, personalisation, analytics or advertising cookies.
Cookies and storage on your device
- First-party cookies: none. This website installs no first-party cookies of any kind and stores no tracking identifier on your device. That is why we show no consent banner: there is nothing to consent to unless you play third-party content.
- Language preference: if you pick a language with the language selector, your browser keeps that choice (the code “es”, “en” or “fr”) in its local storage so we do not suggest another language again. You ask for this yourself, it carries no identifier and it is never sent to a server. You can delete it from your browser settings.
- YouTube (Google): the customer videos on the homepage are loaded through youtube-nocookie.com, YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, which installs no tracking cookies simply by being displayed. If you play a video, YouTube may store information on your device in accordance with Google's cookie policy.
- Fonts and icons: they never leave this site. They are served from this same domain, so your browser does not contact any third-party server to display the site.
Audience measurement without cookies
We measure how many people visit the website and which pages and buttons they use with PostHog Cloud EU, hosted in Frankfurt (Germany), which acts as our data processor. We do it without cookies and without storing anything on your device: no cookies, no localStorage, no sessionStorage, no IndexedDB and no browser fingerprinting. That is why we do not ask for your consent for this measurement. Its legal basis is Bronze’s legitimate interest in understanding aggregate use of its website (Article 6(1)(f) of the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR); the details are in the Privacy Policy.
What we measure: the page viewed (without URL parameters, except the utm_* and from campaign tags), the language, the site you came from (domain and path, without parameters), how far down the page you scroll (25, 50, 75 and 100%), clicks on contact buttons and on the language selector, and whether you start, abandon or submit the demo form. For a submission we only record the interest and the range of restaurants you pick from fixed lists.
What we do not measure: anything you type into the form (name, email, phone number, company or message). We do not record sessions or your screen, there are no heatmaps, we do not log clicks or text automatically and we do not build profiles. Nor do we recognise you from one visit to the next: each visit carries a random identifier that exists only in the page’s memory and disappears when you reload or close it. We do not store your IP address or use it to locate you. As with any web request, your browser sends its IP address to the server so the event can be delivered; PostHog discards it without storing it.
Retention: measurement events are kept for 12 months and then deleted.
How to opt out of measurement
- If your browser sends the Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, the website sends no measurement events at all.
- To stop being measured on your current visit: Done: no further events will be sent during this visit. This choice is not saved on your device, precisely so that nothing is installed; if you reload the page, your browser signal applies again.
- To exercise your rights or ask us anything, write to [email protected].
How to manage third-party cookies
You can block or delete cookies from your browser settings: Firefox, Chrome, Edge, Safari and Opera.
If in future we add session replay, heatmaps, automatic click capture, cookies or a third-party chat, we will ask for your consent before loading them and will update this policy.
