This document (the “Privacy Policy”) sets out the terms governing the processing of personal data (the “Personal Data”) carried out as a result of your access to and use of this website, owned by Bronze Technologies, S.L. Anonymised information and purely statistical data are not considered Personal Data.

The Personal Data requested in the forms on this website is generally mandatory in order to fulfil the purposes for which it is requested; if it is not provided, or not provided correctly, those purposes cannot be fulfilled, without prejudice to your being free to view the content of the website.

1. Who is the data controller?

Bronze Technologies, S.L. (“BRONZE”), a Spanish limited liability company with tax ID B-01888072 and registered office at Calle Valencia 88, 4º-1ª, 08015 Barcelona, Spain. BRONZE is the controller of the Personal Data you provide through the forms on this website or by any other means, of data obtained as a result of your relationship with us, and of data derived from your browsing habits.

BRONZE has appointed a person responsible for data protection matters, who can be contacted at hola@bronze.vision.

2. What personal data do we process?

  • Identification: first name, surname, login for the Customer Area.
  • Contact: mobile phone number, email address.
  • Professional: company, job title, work email and work phone number.
  • Browsing and use of the website: IP address, domain name, cookies, browser location.
  • Communications: comments, opinions, enquiries and requests.

3. Where does your data come from?

  • Data you provide yourself when accessing and using this website and its services.
  • Data from cookies and similar technologies (see the Cookie Policy).
  • Data from third parties: website service providers (third-party analytics cookies) or forms on third-party pages where we advertise our services.

If you provide us with Personal Data relating to third parties, you warrant that you have informed them beforehand and obtained their consent for their data to be disclosed to BRONZE. BRONZE may verify that consent by means of a non-commercial verification email. You will be responsible for the consequences of any breach of the above.

4. For what purposes do we process your data?

  • User registration: creating a registered user account.
  • Managing access to the private Customer Area: credentials, support and platform maintenance.
  • Responding to information and contact requests received through the website forms and other communications, and following up and filing them.
  • Recruitment: receiving speculative job applications.
  • Usability and quality analysis: analytical and statistical purposes to improve the website.
  • Compliance with legal obligations: support, handling complaints and managing rights requests.

5. What is the legal basis for processing?

  • User registration: consent, or the legal relationship between the company you work for and BRONZE.
  • Customer Area: performance of the services contract.
  • Information and contact requests: the data subject's consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.
  • Recruitment: the data subject's consent when voluntarily submitting an application.
  • Usability and quality: BRONZE's legitimate interest.
  • Legal obligations: compliance with the obligations incumbent on BRONZE.

6. Who may we disclose your data to?

We only make the disclosures necessary for the purposes stated or required by a legal obligation: (i) providers of IT or infrastructure services (hosting, CRM, emailing services, etc.) and (ii) public authorities. Every disclosure is made with the necessary legal safeguards and under specific contracts with our providers, as required by law.

7. Is your data transferred outside the European Union?

No international transfers will be made, other than hosting on servers that may be located inside or outside the European Economic Area. Transfers to countries not deemed adequate will be protected by appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

8. How long do we keep your data?

For as long as strictly necessary for the purposes for which it was provided, for the performance of contracts with BRONZE and for the applicable statutory limitation periods. Where processing is based on your consent, until you request erasure, object or withdraw that consent.

9. Your rights and how to exercise them

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, portability, the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing (including profiling) and the right to withdraw consent. These are free of charge and may be exercised at any time:

  • By writing to hola@bronze.vision from the email address you registered with, stating which right you wish to exercise.
  • By clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing communication you receive from us.

Only if we have doubts about your identity will we ask for additional information to verify it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, the supervisory authority in Spain.

10. Security and confidentiality

We have adopted appropriate technical, physical and organisational measures to safeguard and secure the information we collect and to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure.

11. Changes to the Privacy Policy

This policy may be updated as a result of legal changes or improvements to our services; we recommend reviewing it periodically.
