Bronze Riders is a web app that coordinates the rider handover for delivery restaurants and their riders. The rider scans a QR code at the door, identifies themselves with their Deliveroo, Uber Eats or Just Eat order code and follows preparation live in the browser, with nothing to install. The kitchen sees on its tablet who has arrived, which order they are waiting for and how long they have been waiting, and an order is only marked ready once computer vision has verified it.

No app to install: the rider scans the QR code on your door, enters their order code and follows the status in real time.

The rider scans the QR code at your entrance and the app opens in their browser. They identify themselves with their Deliveroo, Uber Eats or Just Eat code, and the kitchen immediately knows who is waiting and which order they have come for.

Location verification

Check-in is validated by geolocation within 200 metres of the restaurant, so alerts reflect real waiting times.

Notification when it is ready

In the kitchen → nearly there → ready to collect! The rider gets the notification with sound and vibration, even with the phone in their pocket.

Each rider's arrival appears on the Tracker tablet with a large code, readable from two metres away. If the wait drags on, the alert steps up.

Does the rider have to install an app?
No. Bronze Riders opens in the phone browser on scanning the QR code at the door: no download, no sign-up, no account to create. From there they follow the status of their order (being prepared, almost ready, ready for collection) and get the notification with sound and vibration even with the phone in their pocket. The interface speaks six languages.
Which delivery platforms does it work with?
With the platforms your kitchen already works with: the rider signs in with their Deliveroo, Uber Eats or Just Eat order code, with nothing changing in the platform app. Riders runs on the same foundation as Bronze Tracker, so an order is only marked ready for collection once computer vision has verified it.
