No app to install: the rider scans the QR code on your door, enters their order code and follows the status in real time.
A QR on the door, nothing to install
The rider scans the QR code at your entrance and the app opens in their browser. They identify themselves with their Glovo, Uber Eats or Just Eat code, and the kitchen immediately knows who is waiting and which order they have come for.
Location verification
Check-in is validated by geolocation within 200 metres of the restaurant, so alerts reflect real waiting times.
Notification when it is ready
In the kitchen → nearly there → ready to collect! The rider gets the notification with sound and vibration, even with the phone in their pocket.
Nobody waits too long without you knowing
Each rider's arrival appears on the Tracker tablet with a large code, readable from two metres away. If the wait drags on, the alert steps up.
