Deleito becomes a TOP Restaurant on Glovo with evidence for every order
Chef-made burgers across permanent sites, pop-ups and food trucks. The only thing standing between them and TOP status on Glovo was one metric: the items customers said they never received.
Deleito is a chef-made burger startup that set out to take street food to another level of quality. It combines permanent restaurants, pop-ups and food trucks to be wherever the crowds are, and that mixed format has brought it rapid growth and plenty of recognition in the sector.
How did Deleito earn TOP Restaurant status on Glovo?
Deleito integrated Bronze Tracker to verify its orders with computer vision and handle disputes from Bronze Hub. With photo evidence for every order, its items-not-received metric fell to a minimum, and that was the only criterion the brand was failing to meet. Once it was corrected, Glovo awarded TOP Restaurant status across all its sites.
The challenge: one metric blocking growth
Running several sales formats at once makes consistent operations harder than in a conventional chain. On Glovo, the items-not-received metric and the handling of disputes (with their deduction and complaint labels) had become the obstacle blocking access to greater visibility and to promotions inside the app.
The problem was not only financial. On these platforms the metric is the gate: miss it and you are out of the promotions, and if you are out of the promotions you sell less even when your product is better.
The solution: verify before it leaves and dispute with proof
Deleito integrated Bronze Tracker, with two effects that compound each other. First, verification in the kitchen stopped orders going out with items missing. Second, claims that did not match reality were disputed from the Hub with the photo of the order as evidence.
They reviewed every incident logged since 1 January 2025 and, with that documented evidence, Glovo corrected the group's metric.
The results
- Metric corrected: items not received fell to a minimum.
- TOP Restaurant across every site: the status that brings visibility and access to promotions.
- More sales from the same product: a better position in the app means more orders without changing the menu.
In Deleito's words
I want to start by saying thank you. We have reviewed every incident since 1 January 2025 and Glovo has now corrected our metric. Since the only criterion we were not meeting was the “wrong items” metric, the outcome is clear: we have reached TOP Restaurant status across all of our sites.
What to take from this story
Platform metrics are not fixed by arguing, they are fixed with data. When every order is photographed and verified, a claim stops being a story and becomes something checkable: with photo evidence, Bronze wins 83% of the disputes it files (Bronze platform figure for disputes resolved in the last 12 months, July 2026).
If your items-not-received metric is closing doors, let's talk about your data: the initial review is free.
